We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

OUR SATISFACTION COMMITMENT

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know before leaving whenever possible. You may also contact us within 5 days and send a photo so we have the opportunity to make it right.

For service-related chipping, lifting, or breakage reported within 5 days, we will gladly provide a complimentary repair. Accidental damage, picking, peeling, and normal wear are not covered.

Because our time and products have already been provided, completed services are non-refundable. However, we genuinely value our customers and will always do our best to address your concerns fairly.
